Made from Trebbiano wine of Soave, this is a single-vintage Wine Brandy, finished 10 years in oak barrels of Slavonia, Limousin and Allier. Aromas of tea, dried fruit and nuts and hay. A smooth, aristocratic drink.
Raw material: Trebbiano wine of Soave (Veneto).
Distillation: Distilled with an ancient pot still composed of copper working at discontinuous cycle.
Service: At temperature of 18/20 °C - 65/68 °F in a tulip-shaped glass.
