Complex aromas of pear, Jonagold apple, dried banana chips and traces of ginger. The palate is generous, rich and full flavoured. Intense pear fruit flavours are combined with ginger and cinnamon spice notes. The finish has a chalky, mineral dryness that arises from natural skin tannins - typical of Pinot Gris.
