Back in July 2007, this single malt was distilled at Blair Athol and then left to mature in a single refill sherry butt. Over a decade later, the Highlander was bottled in August 2019 at 12 years old, with just 439 bottles released at 46% ABV for Douglas Laing's Provenance series.

Caramelised nuts and a sprinkle of brown sugar, with honeyed orchard fruit.
Barley sugar and berry coulis, with ginger cookies and a wave of distinctive sherry influence.
Curiously Cinnamon cereal and mint dark chocolate.
ABV: 46%, 700ml
