90% Cannonau + 10% Carignano. Perfectly ripened grapes are de-stalked and soft-pressed, fermenting for 12-14 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperatures. Intense ruby red, verging on garnet. Bouquet with complex Mediterranean notes of ripe blackberries, blueberries, mellow spices, myrtle, tobacco and chocolate. The palate confirms the nose with unique intensity and sweet, silky tannins; round, velvet texture. Pair with structured dishes, roast, grilled meat or fish, game and cheese.
