The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in barrel to enhance flavour and structure. Following fermentation the wine remained on lees to enhance complexity. Intense pale straw in colour. The nose shows classic citrus fruits, white peach, and stone fruit. The palate follows the lead, combining with toasty ferment notes and crisp acid. The finish is fine and long.
