50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. Fermented mainly in steel tanks with some parcels in barrel to enhance balance and complexity. The colour is an intense pale straw. The nose shows varietal characters of white peach and nectarine combined with cut straw and marri honey. The palate is vibrant but rich – mirroring the tree fruits of the nose. The finish is fine and long.
