Fermented entirely in French barrels, 90% without the addition of yeast, then partially racked to tank to retain an element of freshness. A muscular wine, with the nose displaying a complex array of apricot, nectarine, peach, and toasty French oak. The palate is refined and succulent, mirroring the primary fruit flavours of the nose and finishing with lingering fruit and natural acidity.
