The Balan Prosecco DOC Brut is a sparkling white wine from the Veneto region of Italy made from 100% Glera grapes sourced from vineyards of varied soil types—both clay and calcareous, on plains and hillsides. Grapes are gently pressed, the must is kept cold (cryomacerated) to preserve fresh aromas, and undergoes secondary fermentation by the Charmat method for approximately 40 days.
