Description:
The Balan Prosecco DOC Brut is a sparkling white wine from the Veneto region of Italy made from 100% Glera grapes sourced from vineyards of varied soil types—both clay and calcareous, on plains and hillsides. Grapes are gently pressed, the must is kept cold (cryomacerated) to preserve fresh aromas, and undergoes secondary fermentation by the Charmat method for approximately 40 days.
Appearance: Pale straw-yellow, sometimes with a faint green tint, accompanied by a fine, persistent mousse.
Aroma: Delicate floral bouquet featuring acacia, wisteria, and wildflowers, with fruit highlights like apple, pear, and hints of pineapple.
Palate: Fresh and crisp with balanced acidity, smooth and silky bubbles, light body, juicy fruit flavors (apple, pear), and a clean, refreshing finish.
