After racking at low temperatures, fermentation takes place in temperature controlled vats on fine lees from which we obtain a full, fatty wine. Aged for 8 months on fine lees in barrels.

The wine appears a golden color, shiny and clear in the glass. A rich nose of fruit and spices melting with some peach, lemon and curry aromatics. Palate clear and robust. An intense final with some grilled and jammed notes. Great feeling, a wine that gives without restraint, for an immediate pleasure.
