Winemaking Process: Saignée after 48 hours of pre-fermentation skin maceration. Blend of Cabernet Franc and Malbec juice for co fermentation in indigenous yeasts at controlled cool temperature (18-20°C).
Grape Composition: 50% Malbec and 50% Cab. Franc
Accolades: Awarded 87 points, highlighting its acidity and tannins, with strawberry fruits contributing to its bright, light character.
