100% Riesling selectively picked from 35 year old vines which flourish on ancient soils in the cooler region of Eden Valley. Colour of pale straw with green hues. The aroma has a lifted bouquet of limes and granny smith apple with a little talc. Juicy, refreshing and lively on the palate with a lovely, fine frizzante to help deliver the fresh lime and apple to the taste buds. Medium sweet, natural sugars balance with zingy, crisp acidity. Its forward fruitiness and zestiness combine well leading effortlessly to a lovely finish.
