PALATE
Barley-rich with some nutmeg and brown sugar apparent alongside vanilla’d oak..
FINISH
Lingers with a citric tang plus buttery pastry and more of that earlier barley depth (CSL).
NOSE
Sweetly Spiced initially, warming with barley, cedar, licorace and pepper.
PALATE
Syrupy and honeycomb balanced with mocha, maltiness and fim oak.
FINISH
Licoracy cough drops with soft barley and rich demerara for an extended finish.
