Timorous Beastie Highland Malt launches new ‘Cheese Cellar Collection’ with the release of a Port Finish Limited Edition.

The Timorous Beastie Highland Malt has launched a new “Cheese Cellar Collection” of whiskies that are specially finished in casks from renowned wine regions around the world. The first release in the collection is the Timorous Beastie Port Edition, which is finished in some of the finest Port casks available. The result is a whisky with a rich and complex flavor profile that is perfect for pairing with artisan cheeses.

Nose: Rich and fruity, with notes of blackberries, plums, and raisins. There is also a hint of chocolate and spice.

Palate: Sweet and full-bodied, with flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and oak.

Finish: The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of spice.
