The Pipers Brook Pinot Noir is drawn from Pipers Brook and Tamar Valley vineyards in Tasmania, under the care of Kreglinger Wine Estates. This cool-climate Pinot reflects the region’s unique terroir, including volcanic and clay soils and maritime influences.
On the nose, the wine offers perfumed aromas of violets, ripe dark cherries, and strawberries, complemented by subtle dried clove overlays, meaty cedar, and spicy anise notes. On the palate, it presents light to medium weight, with a supple mid-palate of dark cherries and strawberries infused with dried herbs, underpinned by subtle meatiness and spicy cedar.
