Grapes for this wine were hand picked at night at the Powderbark vineyard in the Frankland River region of South Western Australia. Only the clear free run juice was retained and vinified at cool temperatures to capture the pristine varietal flavours and aromas. Settled post fermentation and bottled early toretain freshness. Unfined.
