From a single vineyard site in the cooler sub-region of Karridale, Margaret River, we harvest ripe pinot noir grapes especially picked for this Rosé style. Given only minimal skin contact to obtain its light fluorescent salmon colour, it is immediately pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve delicacy and acidity. Dry in style and by design, our rosé is unashamedly made for shared plates, summer days and warm nights.
