This cuvée is crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Grand Cru villages of Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs. The wine undergoes vinification with 2/3 aged in oak barrels previously used by Burgundy producers and 1/3 in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The dosage is 6 g/l, and malolactic fermentation is performed.
Romain Tribaut Brut Pur Chardonnay Grand Cru is an elegant Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru villages Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. It shows a pale gold color with fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with notes of orchard fruits, light smoke, and buttery brioche. On the palate, it’s fresh yet rounded, with flavors of toasted almonds and pastry, finishing long and vibrant. Ideal with seafood dishes or refined desserts.
