Tasting Notes

NOSE: Exceptionally herbal, fresh, littoral and pelagic. PALATE: Immediately mouth puckeringly salted, before warming spices and a certain dry oakiness appears ahead of the ash. FINISH: Long and spicy, cough drop style, with a hint of tar and a drift of smoke.
