Jim Beam’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a fiery, cask-strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon. This bourbon is part of their super-premium small batch bottlings and is prepared using a specific recipe established by Jim Beam’s great-nephew, Baker Beam. This rich, full-bodied product has been aged in new American oak barrels for at least seven years.

Freshly cut red apples are combined with dark honey, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and dazzling white oak. With time, the signature roasted-nut aroma of Beam emerges. The instant impression is of peanut butter on toasted toast, followed by rich, sweet vanilla and layers of charred oak, rye, and caramelized orchard fruits. Long finish with lingering cinnamon, black liquorice, corn sweetness, and burnt wood. A truly outstanding bourbon.
