Description:

The Balan Cabernet Franc is a single-varietal red wine produced in the Grave del Friuli DOC region of Italy. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a 5 to 6-day maceration on the skins to extract color and aromas, followed by at least six months of aging in cement tanks to preserve freshness and structure. This technique results in a balanced wine that expresses vibrant fruit, subtle herbal notes, and firm yet refined tannins.

Color: Deep ruby red with bright purple highlights. Aroma: Pronounced aromas of ripe red and black berries, with hints of pepper, spice, and fresh herbs. Palate: Medium to full-bodied with juicy dark fruit flavors, lively acidity, and a firm tannic backbone. The finish is fresh, broad, and lingering.
