“The 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon Roennfeldt Road is a 100% Cabernet from 65-year-old vines cropped at .75 tons of fruit per acre that spent 36 months in 100% new oak. The most extraordinary Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Australia, it possesses superb creme de cassis and black fruit characteristics interwoven with notions of graphite, minerals, spice box, cedar, and mint.
