Classic Highlander with clean, fresh, honeyed and late floral notes.
PALATE
Carries jam on toast and spices beyond which is a big barley hit.
FINISH
The warming spice develop to cereal and sugar coated Malt (FHL).
NOSE
Sweetly Spiced initially, warming with barley, cedar, licorace and pepper.
PALATE
Syrupy and honeycomb balanced with mocha, maltiness and fim oak.
FINISH
Licoracy cough drops with soft barley and rich demerara for an extended finish.
