NOSE
Opens with a fresh Speyside spring morning, carrying lavender, honey and Malted barley.
PALATE
Rich and fulsome with sugar glazed green apple, ginger spice and macadamia nuts.
FINISH
Toasted oak, more nuts with citrus oil, damson jam and a sweet hint of orange peel (CGL).
NOSE
Sweetly Spiced initially, warming with barley, cedar, licorace and pepper.
PALATE
Syrupy and honeycomb balanced with mocha, maltiness and fim oak.
FINISH
Licoracy cough drops with soft barley and rich demerara for an extended finish.
