Royal Mash is an ultra-premium vodka, seasonally produced from the world’s finest potatoes.

Handcrafted in bespoke 200 litre copper stills, the Master Distiller expertly removes the heads and tails of the distillation, using only the purest part of the heart.

Distilled only once, the vodka retains the character of the ingredients thereby producing a spirit with both personality and purity.

Tasting Note

COLOUR: Completely transparent

NOSE: Fresh and pure, with delicate hints of black pepper spice. Clean and neutral, reminiscent of the crispness in the air after rainfall. Perhaps a subtle undertone reminiscent of crispy potato skin.

PALATE: Pure flinty minerality shines through, accompanied by subtle black pepper spice and a faint hint of aniseed.

FINISH: Gentle peppery spice and subtle anise notes. Exceptionally clean and refreshing.

Royal Mash has been created by two people with a passion for fine food and drinks; Rachel de Caen, a trained chef, and Peter Le Fol du Taillis.

The Jersey-based owners have an interesting royal connection too. The logo is the crest of the Le Fol family, who were ennobled by Henry IV in 1594.
