Villa San Carlo Valpolicella 2020
An authentic wine mainly obtained from native Corvina and Corvinone grapes of which it displays all the features. The light and bright ruby red color, the delicate aromas of small red berry fruits, the floral notes of rose petal are accompanied by a vibrant freshness and spicy notes of white pepper. An agile and well-balanced wine, perfect as an aperitif or pairing with appetizers, first courses with light sauces, white meats and fresh cheeses. Best served sligtly chilled at 14°-16°.

Production Method Valpolicella LA comes from hand-picked grapes in the highest vinyards of the hill characterized by a cool and breezy microclimate. The whole grape vinification takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 24° and 27°, racking off skins is carried out about one week after the start of fermentation. Aging in steel for 5 months before bottling.
