NOSE: Immediately Sherried - juicy forest fruits, mocha and cracked black pepper - alongside charred oak with a hint of vanilla. PALATE: Thick and moreish, bursting with cinnamon, brown sugar cubes, orange rind and honeycomb. FINISH: Goes on and on with much that has gone before plus ripe plums and cocoa.
