Vinetti de Fiorini Maremma Toscana 2020
The Maremma is a coastal area of western central Italy, bordering the Tyrrhenian Sea, a region where ancient traditions have survived and Tuscan culture is preserved.
Fiorini Maremma DOC has a solid footing in the pride of Tuscany, Sangiovese, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Hand-harvested, then aged six months in casks. In the glass, the wine presents itself with a beautiful ruby red color. Notes of cherry, strawberry, blackcurrant, leather and chocolate flow up the glass. The fresh acidity is balanced by intense fruit that finishes with an exciting balsamic note. Very versatile wine; it goes perfectly with red meat, especially Venison, but does not disdain white meats and sausages.

About Vinetti de Fiorini
We could describe it as “Tuscany”, the essence of Tuscany. In fact, Vinetti de Fiorini was created to be the quintessence of Chianti for the most refined palates and structured dishes. Until 30 years ago, the trend in Tuscany was to cultivate international vines such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Franco Bernabei, the mastermind behind the most famous and prized Tuscan wineries has reversed these trends, focusing on traditional grapes. And in Tuscany, the traditional grape par excellence is clearly Sangiovese.
