This cuvée is crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Meunier sourced from four selected communes in the heart of the Marne Valley: Verneuil, Olizy, Damery, and Romery. The wine undergoes vinification with 2/3 aged in oak barrels previously used for 1–2 years by Burgundy producers from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet, and 1/3 in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The dosage is 5 g/l, and malolactic fermentation is performed

Romain Tribaut Brut Pur Meunier presents a brilliant pale gold color with fine bubbles and delicate coppery highlights, offering an elegant and refined visual impression. On the nose, it is expressive and layered, with rich aromas of orchard fruits in syrup, underpinned by subtle smoky hints, fresh butter, and warm wheat notes that add depth and complexity. The palate is harmonious, striking a fine balance between freshness and maturity. Toasted almond and delicate pastry flavors emerge gracefully, culminating in a tangy, persistent finish that leaves a refreshing and satisfying impression.
