Tasting Note

The nose reveals a rich and refined bouquet, due to the aromatic complexity of the initial grapes, which have enjoyed the benefits of a particularly generous sun, but also to the wise use of different woods in the cellar. Notes of berries, red and black, dominate, made more complex by touches of liquorice and violet. In the mouth it is austere, broad and complex, thanks also to its lovely tannins, present but well blended.
