Winegrowers from father to son for five generations, our expertise and respect for traditions allow us to produce eaux-de-vie of great finesse.
Our 50-hectare vineyard, located in Fins Bois, is planted on land known as champagne, renowned for producing the best eaux-de-vie.
This terroir, rich in limestone, is conducive to the aromatic development of Ugni Blanc. Facing east-west, our vines benefit from ideal sunshine for the grapes to reach maturity.
