Australia. The vines are spaced 6ft apart and the rows are spaced 11 feet apart. These
vines are very low yielding – approximately 3t/acre.

Tasting Note

Deep crimson with undertones of violet. The powerful scent of Cabernet Sauvignon permeates, revealing notes of ripe raspberries and licorice, accompanied by nuanced hints of autumn leaves, creamy vanilla, and subtle earthy and savory undertones. On the palate, it unfolds gracefully, showcasing a soft, lingering complexity, with the rich varietal flavors lingering well beyond each sip.
