Xoconostle y Azahar is a clean, bright, fragrant and intriguing expression of gin, combining indigenous desert cactus fruit with the floral notes of orange blossom and the zest of Mexican limes.
Infused with prickly pear, orange blossom, raspberry, juniper berries, coriander seeds and lime.

Nose: Ripe prickly pear takes center stage, its sweet-tart, watermelon-kiwi-like aroma immediately inviting.
Palate: The prickly pear's vibrant sweetness leads the charge, but it's not cloying. A refreshing tartness emerges, reminiscent of cranberry or hibiscus, leaving your mouth tingling with delight.
Finish: The finish is refreshingly clean, leaving behind a lingering sweetness of prickly pear and a delicate floral whisper.

Condesa Gin is a small-batch gin produced by Flor de Luna, a female-run distillery in Mexico City. The gin is made with 12 botanicals, including some unique ingredients inspired by traditional Latin American Curandera rituals, such as palo santo, sage, xoconostle, and azahar.
