The Watsons are one of Margaret River’s pioneering families, producing wine in the region since 1973. Sourced from the Wilyabrup Valley, this wine was produced from hand picked Shiraz fermented as whole bunches. Complex, lifted and vibrant, this wine was made to be enjoyed now.
The colour is an intense crimson. On the nose the aroma of bright crunchy blue fruits mingles among lifted bubblegum and spicy notes. The first sip coats the palate with a complex of savoury meatiness and lively red and blue fruits. The wine continues to show off violet, cherry and cocoa notes, and the finish lingers brightly with chewy tannins.
