When seeking to capture the essence of Sydney, we utilised the region’s local botanicals to show off the unique flora of this sun-soaked country. Our set of aromatics are distinctly Sydney, including juniper, coriander, native lemon myrtle and orange zest – all patiently added to the finest quality base.

Lime, lemon and orange peel all come together with a hit of aromatic lemon myrtle to give this classic gin a citrussy lift, while distilling in small batches in copper stills preserves the silky-smooth mouthfeel that makes this such a captivating spirit.
