Origins and Production:

- Founded in 2015 by Roberto Taverne and Reynolds Henderson, Sirena de Chiloé was born from a desire to create a world-class vodka that embodied the spirit of Chiloé.

- They use 100% native “michuñe” and “bruja” potatoes grown on the island, ensuring unparalleled quality and freshness.

- The potatoes are triple-distilled using a copper and bronze still with fractionated column, resulting in a smooth and pure vodka.

- The water used in the distillation process is purified with activated carbon and reverse osmosis, further elevating the purity of the final product.
